Jeaucar Made The Beat

The intriguing thing about the music industry is that it's culturally combined. There's numerous of artists and producers. Their cultural background is what differentiates them from the rest. I've had the honor to interview a phenomenal producer from the Virgin Islands;  Lionel Blucher, also known as "Jeaucar Made The Beat". He is a musically inclined individual that has the gift of producing spectacular beats and the ability to entertain a crowd. In the interview he explains more about his background and touch basis with various accomplishments.

How did you come up with the name "Jeaucar Made The Beat" (JMTB)?

I came up with the name "Jeaucar Made The Beat" back in 2009 when I was working on my first hip-hop production entitled "Girl Pants". It was something catchy and nonetheless straight-forward as to who I am and what I do.

Yes, it is very catchy. By the way, Jeaucar is pronounced (Joe-KER). So being from the Virgin Islands, How do you include that style of music with the music you produce?

I've grown up on Soca, Calypso, and Reggae. So it's very easy for me to insert my island "flavor" in the tracks I do. Mainly the syncopation of my drums are easily identified in my music. It catches the attention of new listeners each and every day.

Who are some artists that you've worked with? Is your music internationally known?

I've worked with artists such as Grammy Nominated R. City, BV & Drastic, Claudette Peters, Dennis De Mennis, etc. The Caribbean has favored my music mostly, but my work has been heard as far as in the UK from an artist I've recently started to work with named "Lyracis".

Wow, you have great credentials thus far! What differentiates you from other producers that are already known in the entertainment industry?

My style... My style of music is a huge difference from producers in the industry because of my background.

I agree, your style of production does stand out from other producers. What would you say have been your biggest accomplishments thus far?

My biggest accomplishment thus far would be producing a track for the hip-hop duo R.City

That's a major accomplishment due that they are very popular in the entertainment industry. So Mr. Jeaucar, do you have any specific goals as a producer?

As a producer, I would like to travel and work with as many artists worldwide; and just continue to produce gifted music.

Be sure to stay aware of "Jeaucar Made The Beat". He's the next big thing!
